The Aquatic Explorers Scuba Club is dedicated to promoting and protecting the sport of scuba diving. It provides members with a network of recreational and professional divers to share experiences, learn from, and dive with. The scuba club was first Incorporated June 21, 1957 as the Empire State Rescue Squad and began teaching Scuba in 1958. In 1960 the name was changed to the Aquatic Explorers and participated in many dive activities in the local lakes and rivers.

If you like to take dive trips, enjoy the company of a great group of people and want to get some really cool diving time in, thisis the club for you! The dive club is always open to receivng new members, divers and non-divers. It's a teriffic, active club with great people that do awesome things together. Annual dues are $25 which includes a t-shirt and hotdogs, hamburgers, sodas and water at all the picnincs and bbqs.
